caller id in filemaker

Hi all,

I am new to the group and (filemaker), can anyone advise if it
possible for telephone calls to be routed through filemaker? and if
so...what do I need - Thanks in advance

You need something to recognize that a phone call is coming in and to
trigger FileMaker with the info. That something may be a plugin like
