I've got a fields, PAYRATE, HOURS, PAID, and DATE. A person starts out the
semester at one PAYRATE, and goes on for a few months, but could change
mid-semster to a higher PAYRATE. The way I have the fields set, when I change
the persons PAYRATE, it changes all the past PAID amounts as well, not just the
current one.

What am I doing wrong?
