I'm working on my first FM database (v8.5), & have a basic question on how to relate two tables. The first table (Grants) has approx. 40 records. The second table (Contacts) will have about 30 records, as some grants share a common contacts record. I've set up a button in the Grant table's form which jumps to the related record in the Contacts table. A Grant Number field is set up as the match field - ie Grant Number appears in both tables & I've created a relationship between them. This works great for the records in Contacts that pertain only to one grant. |

My question is - how do I relate several grants with one contact, so that this button in the Grant table, in any of several records, takes me to its one contact? |
