Well, it's a general question, very often asked and treated. When searching with Google "Access to Filemaker" you find http://filemakeradvisor.com/doc/14267 as a part of it. I guess there are a lot of those on the web, including, I think, the FMI site itself. In short, there is no easy way to go from Access to FMP. For the data it's OK : just export from Access and import into FMP. But the 'structure' cannot, normally, be 'translated'. So you have to create a brand new FMP file and as said, import data to it. That's probably the quickest and safest way. |
