Hi,

I have an urgent requirement in my module, to develop an application
that can access and update btrieve files stored on Novell Netware. I am
totally new to this concept, so please help me regarding how is it
supposed to be done. I even don't have an idea regarding which
programming language should be used and which softwares to be
installed. I have been provided with a Novell Netware setup on my
machine and few B-trieve files. The one on which i'm supposed to work
on is iasmsg.sav file

If someone knows the solution for this, then please help me.

You can get more info at www.pervasive.com. You can download the SDK
which includes ActiveX or you could use ODBC and other methods. You
will also need the DDF files which describes the field layout and is
required for most methods of accessing your data including ODBC and the
ActiveX. If you do not have these you will need to get them from the
program vendor or you can use BtSearch32 at www.nssdd.com to help you
analyze the structure and build the DDF files.

Thanks for ur response. I have got the DDF files from my client and
also the setup for Pervasive SQL 2000i. Plese guide me further how to
use that to update btrieve files.
