The status 84 is "file locked".
Most likely what is happening is the router is blocking a client
server connection being made from the different subnet.
Is the router blocking anything?
Pervasive.SQL 7 uses ports 3351, 3352 and incidentally 139
in the process to establish a connection via a named pipe.
