Please tell me how to get, setup and connect to the DDF files in
Peachtree. I have spent 8 hours and I still have not gotten it to work.

Your help is most appreciated.

I have a Peachtree application that uses BTrieve database. I
wanted to
import the database to microsoft sql2000 and modift , add data
there and
export to btrieve again.
Is it possible? And how is it possible?

I have figured out how to access the data.

I purchased Pervasive SQL V8 engine workgroup ($25 plus shipping).

I installed it via Terminal Services, this will not work unless you
change the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Pervasive Software\Utilities
Interface\Settings\Restricted Access On WTS client to 0

After the install I set up a System DSN using the engine not the client.
I then accessed the data from my MS SQL server.

What a pretty site to see it working.

export. But I cannot run the PeachTree as it gices an error message of
not working with Pervasive version with BtRieve. Pleeeze let me know if

If you want to export you can download btsearch at www.nssdd.com. As
long as you have the DDF files and data files you should be able to
export your data.
