I would still like to know what does the error message mean (except what it
says):
"Cannot open table on server (null).
Check to make sure that the server is running properly, the database is
properly configured, and you have full access rights on the server and the
database."
- the server is running properly,
- the database is properly configured
- i have administrator rights on the server and the database
- i have to change the table location

please help!

I experienced this error when I had version 8 on a workstation and P.SQL200i
SP3 on the server.

I came to the conclusion that I had to use equivalent version.

Maybe SP4 has cured this problem, but I don't know.
