We use some PSQL 2000i Servers and consider to update to PSQL 8.5.
After installing a Client 8.5 on a Workstation, we try to access with the
PSQL 8.5 Client API W3BTRV7.DLL
to the PSQL 2000i Server and get a Status Code 94.
Can we use a mixed-system with 2000i and 8.0-8.5 Clients and Servers?

Yes you can.
If you are running Pervasive.SQL 2000i on Window you will need to
apply an update. The readme appears to be missing from the new trial
download page.

Download and install the
"Pervasive.SQL 2000i Workgroup & NT/2000 Server (1.5 Meg)" update.
