Hello!



I have a running Pervasive SQL V. 7 Database Server Engine (Service Pack
6) in my network. I tried to use the database in C# for Asp.Net-Website.
On the webserver on which the application runs, Windows XP is the
operating system. The Odbc.Net - Package is also installed. On the
Client there is a

system DSN with Pervasive Software ODBC-32 as driver and

DDF Directory - \\NTCOMP\PVSW\DEMODATA



The Example that you have for Pervasive SQL V. 8 does not work with the
Database. When i use my dsn i get the following response:



ERROR [S1000] [Pervasive Software][ODBC Interface][Pervasive Software
SQL Engine]General error. ERROR [IM006] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager]
Fehler bei SQLSetConnectAttr-Aufruf für Treiber ERROR [01000]
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Der Treiber unterstützt nicht die
Version der ODBC-Funktion, die die Anwendung benötigt (siehe
SQLSetEnvAttr).

Is there a possibility to use a Pervasive SQL V. 7 Database with C#
in ASP.NET?
