Default Pervasive.SQL 8 Problem - 12-30-2005 , 05:42 PM

I am having an issue accessing a Pervasive database through the
Timberline (an accounting application) ODBC Driver. I am able to get
what I want from a test .vbs file. I am also able to access the table
via a linked server in SQL 2000.

However, when I try to access the same table with an ASP page, I get
the following error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80040E37)
[TimberlineODBC][TimberlineODBCEngine ODBC Driver][DRM File Library]No
such table or object.

I have used the same connection strings and same query as the vbs file
with no success.

Is this simply a permissions issue? Or is this a Timberline ODBC
driver issue?

Any ideas?

Robert M.

Because Timberline ships their own ODBC driver instead of allowing you
to use pervasive's own driver, I'm thinking that you'll need to contact
them for support on it.
