I should extract data on client pc (WIN2000,Pervasive.SQL 2000 SP2)
from a btrieve Novell database on server (DOS system) in local network.
Inside folder db on server i have necessary ".ddf" files and ".dat"
files that containing data.
I would that my application (VB6) connect it programmatically to
server. It's more professional , so the user do not must create DSN
from Win control panel - Administrative tools - Data source(ODBC). (I
try to do this, and run).
I try sourcecode for other driver (i.e. SQL Server), but they don't
run, because my problem is to set
the location for DB path, and i've not found anything equivalent code
for Pervasive.SQL 2000..
I must use this software configuration, because the application works
for a client pc, and i don't belive to can update his software.
Howewere i try to download all upgrade and documentation about from
www.pervasive.com ...... (i.e. Pervasive SDK), but all the links are
expired, and i'm stopped.
So my answers are: is it possible to create a Pervasive ODBC Engine DSN
in VB code? Is a limit Service pack 2 for Pervasive.SQL 2000 ?

I excuse for my English (i'm italian). Any help would be appreciated.
