Use the Pervasive.SQL Monitor utility, available from any client
computer. You'll need to connect to the server with a valid
username/pass combination (Admin rights).
The Microkernel/Resource Usage screen gives a quick overview of licenses
installed, but the real data will be on the Active Users screen.

We are running Pervasive 10 seats, and DBA 5 seats. One person in the
group runs crystal reports once in a while. My issue is, at times i
get a message that i exceeded the number of users, but when I check
DBA it shows 3 seats used. 2 should be free right? Is there a way to
check seats available for pervasive? |
