Hi,

Recently I installed Daceasy 10 in my computer, running Windows 2000
Server. I would like to access the Daceasy database from Microsoft
Access, simply to visualize, not to include nor actualize any data.

I think creating an ODBC to this batabase and then linking it from
MS-Access could be a way to go, but I can't find any driver to Btrieve
or Pervasive SQL databases in the ODBC Manager.

Could someone help me with this? I am looking for any help or
suggestions to connect MS-Access to Daceasy database, using ODBC or
any method that could work fine.

You can use our Data Manager for Btrieve and Pervasive SQL for reporting
purposes in this situation.

If you have Pervasive SQL 2000i or greater you need to go into the
Pervasive control panel to create a connection to the data and then
once that is done you can create an ODBC connection. You did not
mention the version you are using of Pervasive Btrieve.
