Hi,

In our clinic we have a Novell Netware Server 6.5 with a Pervasive
Btrieve
V7 database engine with 50 licences.
Our problem is, that the server lost the 50 licences every time he must
restart.
We must install the Pervasive Server Software new. After this procedure
there are our 50 licence. This not a good and practicable way of work.
Is there anybody who knows this problem and the solution??

I would expect that NetWare 6.5 comes with Pervasive.SQL 2000i, not
Pervasive.SQL V7. It is possible that installing Pervasive.SQL V7 on top
of the Pervasive.SQL 2000i is NOT a very good idea.

I would recommend upgrading your license to either Pervasive.SQL 2000i (the
same as ships with NetWare) or Pervasive.SQL V8 (newer, faster, better) and
install a clean engine copy onto the server.
