Do you actually need to integrate these three? Or are you upgrading
Btrieve 6.15 to PSQLv9?

Pervasive's Data Integrator product allows for very easy extractions
from Pervasive databases and can write the data directly to Excel. If
you have DDF's, then this is VERY easy. If not, then building DDF's is
required first.
