We have a third party custom dll (VinPower.dll) which I would like to
use it from SQL2000. Can any one help me to access this custom dll from
SQL2000. I am new to this kind of stuff.

What do you mean "access from SQL2000"? Are you trying to access its
functions from a stored procedure?

Mostly, the database is accessed from your programs, and your programs
would also access other DLL's, as needed. I do not understand what you
are trying to do by having the database access this DLL...
