Default Error 170 on one workstation using v8.7 PSQL - 12-06-2006 , 08:18 AM

I have a customer who recently migrated from Novell to windows server
and upgrade to v 8.7 PSQL. Since migrating the user has one
workstation that continually receives an error 170 when trying to
access the database via our software. This is only occurring on one
workstation and a reboot does not clear the error. Prompt for Client
credentials is unchecked on the microkernal server engine.

Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful!

Thanks!

Have you tried disabling the firewall software?

Hi Bill,

I have not done that as this was the only machine in the building
having an issue, I did however go in and delete the SAT entries under
communications requester and that seemed to clear up the problem.

thanks for the suggestion though!
