I have a Pervasive.SQL 7 Server running on Novell 4. Our primary
method of accessing the server is through btreive, which has been
running well for years. In the past month we have started using SQL
through ODBC to access the server for some web editing of some of the
records.

When the server is under high usage for an extened period of time
these errors start poping up. Under normal use, these errors do not
occur. And we didn't encounter these problems until we began to use
SQL in addition to btreive to access our databases.

Can anyone explain what might be happening, and How I could possibly
fix it.

As the application that is causing the error is "w32set.exe" this log
segment is not from the Novell server.

These messages are not actually an error if you get them on a client
machine or a server. If you read them carefully they say that the
application w32set.exe could not contact a "WSE" which is short for
WorkStation Engine. To get rid of these on a machine as a client set
"Use Local MicroKernel" to NO or on a server set the "Target Engine"
setting to "Server Only".
