Default DEPLOYMENT - 10-20-2003 , 12:22 PM

Hi!

I´ve only one Question. When i want do distribute my Appplication, which
files must be in my installation Package.
Im working with DDF- and DAT-Files (not SQL-Server) under VB (with OCX).

I found a Link

http://www.pervasive.com/library/prog_gde/Libs3.html, but these Files seems
to be not enought.

ACBTR732.OCX
ACCTR732.OCX
PEDTCONV.DLL
PBTRVD32.DLL
SBTRV32.DLL
SWCOMP32.DLL

When i install my App with these DLLs and OCXs, i can not access the
DAT-Files. FieldList Property returns no Fields (the DAT-Files are on the
right place).
When i start the App, it tells me that i need additionally w3btrv7.dll, but
adding this file do not help too.
On my development-machine everything works fine.

Thanks for your Help.

You need those files in addition to the core Btrieve API requesters.
See
http://www.pervasive.com/developerzone/
specifically
http://www.pervasive.com/compguide/

Of course there must also be a database engine to make the requests to
also.
