Hi, We have a accounting/manufacturing (DBA Manufacturing) software that use Pervasive SQL Server (V7) What i am trying to find out is, if there is a way to capture the SQL statements that DBA send to pervasive for its reports. We are running Windows 2000 Server and pervasive SQL 7 Thank you all Bre-x |

Sure. In the Setup (Win32) application on the server, select the component "Scalable SQL Engine" and the category "Trace File Control". Configure these settings to trace all functions, and specify the trace file to a location where you want it to go. Save the changes, run the report, then turn off tracing again (to prevent it from slowing things down on a production system). Review the trace file, which should show the SQL queries coming in (in addition to the data records being read back out). Goldstar Software Inc.
