Default Can't see tables after using create database - 06-05-2006 , 12:16 PM

I have existing ddf and btr files in a direcotry and I wanted to
connect to them using the PCC. I used the create database wizard, and
used advanced settings and created a new database name.

The database was created. However when I click on Tables I don't see
the tables that already exists.

Please help

It is likely that the DDF's you pointed to are empty. Open up FILE.DDF
and look to see how many records are in there. If you ONLY see the DDF
files, then they are empty -- and you need new DDF's from the app
developer.

If you want to view the DDF files to see the contents you can download
BtSearch at www.nssdd.com. If they are empty and you need to create
them it can also be used to help you analyze the file structures and
build the DDF files.
