Are there any plans to add replication support to the Java Edition?

Good question. I can't discuss future product plans or make
committments to any particular feature or timeline. Berkeley DB Java
Edition doesn't have replication as Berkeley DB does today, but as you
can imagine you are not alone in your request. Replication would be an
excellent feature to add to Berkeley DB Java Edition. Can you tell me
why it is you want it? What is your compelling need? We drive future
product plans based on customer demand, and your vote counts.
