Hi, there.

Our system consists of two sites which use the Berkeley db ver.
4.8.0.

We observed something strange in the election of the master among two
sites.

Two sites are both masters immediately after the two started at the
same time.

env->repmgr_start(3, DB_REP_ELECTION);

Please give me any advice to solve the above problem.
