I am a new Oracle DBA, however I have no experience to handle this

May you give me some comments on how to find the user guider or
manual I can read for operating the Oracle DBA studio?

I read the quick tour with oracle 8i, however it is too simple to
cover comprehensive useage of oracle dba studio.
