I have two questions concerning licencing. I didn't manage to get an
answer
from Oracle website. Maybe someone knows the answer.

1/ I have a 40 names-user licence for Oracle Standard Edition (8.1.7)
I would like to upgrade to Oracle Enterprise Edition (8.1.7) .

Do I have to buy a full 40 user licence for Enterprise Edition
OR is there a licence upgrade package available ?

2/ Is there also an "upgrade price" to upgrade from Oracle 8i to 9i
(both Standard Edition) ?
