I have 2 pc's on my local net. On 1st is oracle (xe 10.2, win xp), on 2nd
is oracle client.
When I use tnsping from 2nd to 1st (to DB server), every time my firewall
reports me some different port trying to reach 1st machine.

Why?
how can I set up single port for tnsping?
It would not be a good idea! You need to authorize up the application.

Ask in a Windows group... or turn off the firewalls all together...
