We are looking for a Functional contractor/ex-accounting type resource that
has experience in Peoplesoft Financials and has done a project with
Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) reporting standards.

This is in the Southern Ca. area (LA) and will be 3-6 months and start date
is immediate.
The rate for this position is 1099 or corp to corp / all inclusive.
