Default Oracle9i does not start at computer start-up - 06-15-2004 , 09:32 AM





I just upgraded my home system from Oracle 8i to 9i. Everything works
great except for one little problem.

After I start up my computer, the Oracle database has not started. I
have to go into the Service Manager, log in and start the database. I
would like to do this automatically.

Can someone give me a clue as to what switch I have to set to get this
done ??

in the Services, are the oracle services set to automatic or manual?
Look at the event viewer to see what errors, if any, you are getting...
