Working within a technical support services delivery group, this
position will be responsible for the technical support, maintenance
and troubleshooting of multiple Windows Operating System Software and
Oracle Executive Software environments. The individual for this
position must be experienced in Open Systems Windows 2000 and Oracle
software environments and be able to effectively communicate with the
customer regarding application layer software issues that may arise
within these environments. Knowledge of communication protocols
between multiple Open Systems environments, clustered, active/passive
failover configurations, domain controller, and active directory
processes and designs are required. This individual must have a proven
history of participating in engineering design meetings and
collaborative work groups.
