ORACLE DATABASE SIZE

I have created a tablespace in PERSONAL ORACLE 8.0. Where I have
created two database files f1 and f2.ora. of size 800 MB each.
Now after importing two users of size 400 MB and 500 MB. I decide to
drop one User but my filesize of remains same.
As a result my disk space is eaten up how to solve this
