I would like to have OUI not start additional tools such as Netca when it is
started from runInstaller. Is there something like:
../runInstaller -NoAdditionTools

You need to use a response file. I had a bad time finding good
documentation for it. You may check on metalink if you are entitled to
support. We use response files here to install the oracle client without
user intervention. There are sample response files on you installation
CD-ROM, look for .rsp files.
