Default data - development to production - 06-27-2004 , 09:46 PM

We have a development and production database for an application.
Every day after work on the development database I want to update (and
or recreate) the tables on the production system. The machines are
both windows 2k and the db is oracle 9i.

If you could shed some light on common practices used in development
that would be great also (such as..use python to write scripts, or use
java, or use some built in oracle tool...etc).

Thanks.

Try SQLPLUS "COPY" command.
