Can anyone help me to run oracle9i SQL on the internet instead of installing
oracle9i database on the hard drive?

I am asking this question because every thing I installed the Oracle9i
database Enterprise Manager. When I start to run SQL, it slow down my
system. My system is PIII 256MB RAM 40GB Hard drive space. I also can see
the oracle directory is about 25GB. Why this program takes so many disk
space?
