I am attempting to run a 2 computer upgrade from SQL Server 6.5 to SQL
Server 2000 over a workgroup LAN. When I run the Server 2000 Upgrade
Wizard, I get the following error message:

"Unable to connect to the Export server. Please verify that you are an NT
administrator on that machine."

What do I need to do to correct this. The Microsoft documentation makes a
passing reference to the need for administrative privledge but, as is
typical for them, assumes that you already know what is being talked about
and how to go about doing it. Any help would be appreciated.
