I have to create an active active sql 2005 setup

questions
do I have to run the cluster wizard on each node?
do i run it 2 on the first node?
do i install sql 2005 on each one?

i have read books online etc.. but am still confused on how each node is setup as active, while being passive for the other?

please if there are any step by step guides I would really appreciate.
