Using Access to download data from web database -

Hi.
My client has a "Request Information" form on their website that currently
sends them an email with the contact information. The details of the email
is then data entered into their system.
My client would like to automatically grab the data directly from the
website and import it into their local networked Access program.
Currently, the web data is not stored in any file, but I can modify it
anyway I would like. The site already has mySQL support built in.
As I need to do this regularly (ie: not just once), my questions are as
follows:
1) What is the best way of accessing data that is stored online (I will, I
presume, get the user/password information, if needed)?
2) I was thinking that maybe a CSV flat file could be created each time a
web form is submitted that I then download and somehow then delete from the
server. Can Access allow me to delete stuff from a website?
3) Assuming I create it, how can I access a web database from local Access?
If I figure out how to access it - I know how to process it.
Any tips (or samples if they exist!) would be greatly appreciated!

PS. I apologize if this looks like a repeat of a previous post I sent... I
now have more information.
