Use a form in access as an attachment in e-mail.

My goal is to have this form to open for the staff (on our intranet)
and after filling it in to click on submit button to be mailed to
another employee with the form as attachment. Can this be done? Can
you help?

Look up the Docmd.SendObject command in the Help.
