I have report which is a reminder leter most of the text is constant
but there is one detail line in which lines can be 4 or 5 or anthing.
when that detail line gets biger my report gets out of margin and i
think because of that i get blank pages please give me soloution.

The most common reason for a blank page is if your report in design
view is over 6 1/2 wide (for portrait) or somewhere around 9 (for
landscape). If this is only happening when your text box grows, you
can set the 'can grow' property to no and set the 'scroll bars'
property of the text box to verticle.
