Default Turning database into MDE - 05-13-2004 , 06:08 PM

Hello,

I am working on a project for my work and I would like to lock it up a
little so that the code is inaccessible. I was going to turn it into an MDE
file but for some reason that option is greyed out. Have I done something
wrong? Basically this database is pulling information from another raw data
database for historical and reporting purposes.

Hi Brandon

Open any module in that MDB and click Compile and Save All Modules. When it
compiles without errors, make sure you're using the same version of Access
that created the MDB to then create the MDE.
