Can anyone help make a base for me ? I just started going to school
partime for database programming MsAccess. I have this job as well
that I just started. I was approached by someone who wants something
to control tools getting used by employee's. "Why couldn't he wait
till I'm done the course"? anyway I could use help, and the brownie
points.

In thinking about it I would be engraving 3 letters in tool (eg)
Pliers PLI (to relate to tool, plus numbers.

Persons Name,
Department(Text)
Date(00/00/07
Time out, (1200)
Time In Returned
New Replacement part Required
Repair Required (Check Box)


I hope someone can help !! If you have a better way of designing it I
