Default Resetting Database - 12-01-2003 , 01:10 AM

Hello,

I once read in a newspaper article how to reset a database so there is no
data in it (including resetting all the auto counters so they start at 1),
but now I need it i can't find it.

Can anyone please tell me how to do this.

Thanks

Hello Mag,

Sorry, but I haven't heard about a system to remove all data
and reset the counters.

I have heard of deleting all data in every table and then
running repair and compact on the mdb. Compacting resets all
autonumbers IF there is no data in the table.

Regards,

Ray
