Create a query that includes all the fields in Table A. In design view,
click on the query type button on the toolbar at the top of the screen and
change the query to an append query. When asked where to append, enter Table
B. You will then see in each field of the query a row that says Append To.
Make sure each field is filled in so all the data goes to Table B. When you
run the query, Table B and Table A will be merged. Be careful to only run
the query once!!!

Hy all,

We have two databases with similar information (both, made with MS Acess).
Both, A and B, have - in some cases - the same information, names etc.

Database A has the following fields. (4,000 entries)

Name-Phone-Addres-Email-Country-Language-University-Age

Database Be has the following fields: (2,000 entries)

Name-Phone-Addres-Email-Country-Language-University-Age-Secondary
School-Native Language-Identified Needs

Given that both databases have different primary keys, how can we do to
merge the (put database A and B toghether in one database)?

I am not well experienced with MS Access, the idea that comes to mind is
exporting both tables to a Microsoft Excel file and deleting any
duplicates.

If anyone could light a candel in my tunel, it would be appreciated.

Thanks a lot in advace!

Oswaldo
