Sam,

Check into efax (www.efax.com) You can send an email to their efax servers
via email and it'll create a fax and send it from there. Very easy to use!

I want to automate faxing from access 2000 so it'll use the customer's
name and fax number to automatically fax to several customers a
report.

How can I do this or can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks.

I agree that using Efax is the easiest thing to do.
If you are faxing a lot you might look into FaxManJr.
This works quite well but:
a: It is expensive ($300).
b: If you are not a serious VBA coder, forget it.
