I don't know if this helps, but when I merge from access I do the mail merge
in Word and from the Tools Menu choose "Envelopes and Labels" > "Labels" >
"Options" > "Details" and then select the number down to coincide with what
you want to print out.

Not sure if I am answering the question. Hope that is of some assistance
though.

You might just need to adjust the top and bottom margins untill all the
labels print.

Open the label report in design mode and click Print Setup. Check the top
and bottom margins.

If this doesn't help, try creating the label report again using the Label
Wizard.

Hope this helps,

I have a label database with 675 records in it and
print to the Avery 8460 address label (3 across x 10 down). What
happens
is the last row don't print so I'm only getting 27 per page. I don't
lose
any records just waste 3 labels on every page. Does anyone know to
look
for in the settings? It is an Epson Ink Jet printer, not sure of the
model as I'm doing this for someone at their place and asking from
mine.
Win98SE with Office 2000 and in the Access 2000 database. Rocky
