The biggest difference that I have encountered is in the Access
versions themselves, especially in the event models.
As for the SQL side, I've not encountered any real problems.
If you have the time and the requirements, then I'd suggest biting the
bullet and moving Access versions.
But this decision needs to be made in a corporate view; how many
desktops; where; what other apps; etc. This is not a purely techical
decision.
I would recommend against having multiple versions of Access in
production unless it's outside of your control.

We have an Access 2000 MDB with a SQL 7 back end. We are upgrading SQL

mentioned that they had heard about some incompatibilities between Access
2003 and SQL Server 2005. Anyone hear of anything? And, if so, would staying
with Access 2000 be better?
Thanks!
