1.departments,
2.wards,
3.staffgroup
4. etc
and then
5.print the report whatever he has chosen

You will
Create a query called Departments and follow the wizard.Save

Create a report called Departments and follow the wizard.Save

Open the report called Departments and press the Print Icon
