placement of current record in datasheet - 03-01-2004 , 08:21 PM

When I use a docmd.findrecord the record is found but sometimes it is
at the bottom of the datasheet. Without useing vertical scroll bars
is there a way to have the current record appear in the middle of the
datasheet.
