I am putting together a database for a local non-profit. I have programming
experience and a little SQL knowledge from years ago. I have constructed 3
tables and created a form with a subform displaying information from a
secondary table. That part works, but I am unable to display information
from the 3rd table in the form of a yes/no checkbox and a text date string.

What suggestions do people have? I would even welcome a good website with
appropriate tutorials.

Hi:
There is not enough detail in your message to be sure of this, but it
seems that if you based the subform on a query which linked the 2nd
and third tables you could solve the problem.
If this doesn't work, send me the db and I'll tell you what to do.
