I have a Multi-Selection List-Box on a Form. After the User selects the
deisred records I want to open/edit those records via another Form either
indivdually or via a Tabular type Form

Use the after update option for the list box, then use a do cmd to
open the form you want, and use the selected item as the link
criteria.
